What I have been up to

Thu May 7, 2009, 6:33 PM
  • Mood: Joy
  • Listening to: Circa Survive: Mandala
I recently completed a tutorial for vectordiary.com. The tutorial link is here [link] So far I've had positive feedback, so go check it out.

I have been on the hunt for a job and it is not going so well. I am more that qualified for the positions offered but yet no luck. May be I'm missing something here. So my question is. What the hell are they looking for in a graphic artist these days?

Anyhow, life is good. I'm going to be uploading new designs next week so stay tuned (as if anyone is going to read this anyway).

I know what you mean. I like digital painting but I hardly feel motivated to do anything. 3D is ok but it does seem the process is quite technical and not so creative but the end results are unmatched.

True it is more on the technical side of things.

I'm toying with Blender. It has a Zbrush type modeling tool so you can sculpt with brush pressure and wacom.
